Physiotherapy

At PROPELVIC Physiotherapy, we work individually with men & women to improve symptoms of incontinence, prolapse, bowel issues, vaginal, anal or pelvic pain.

Mum
Pelvic Health

 

  • 1 hours assessment (45 mins online)
  • Full postural screen.
  • Pelvic floor muscle assessment.
  • Abdominal muscle exam to check for any separation.
  • Screening for bladder, bowel or sexual dysfunction.
  • Education and advice on safe activities such as lifting your baby or pushing a buggy.
  • Bespoke rehabilitation programme with your goals and lifestyle factors in mind.
  • Written report on the findings of your assessment.

Menopause
Management

Optimise your menopause health by addressing underlying or new joint or tendon issues, exploring your nutrition & hormone health & exercise .  A 1 hour session targeted to your concerns, for example: 
  • Full postural screen
  • Osteoporosis screening tests
  • Specialist assessment of joint, tendon or ligament issues
  • Discreet discussion about bladder, bowel or sexual problems.
  • External pelvic floor muscle assessment & guidance on exercises
  • Advice on natural menopause remedies, nutrition, sleep & HRT
  • A bespoke programme to use exercise as medicine for your issues.
